This Return Policy applies to all purchases of EndaRoot Total Source from skeletalrefine.world, made by NOMURA PB NOMINEES LIMITED, 1 Angel Lane, London, EC4R 3AB.

1. Right of Return - 14 Calendar Days

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU for EU customers. This applies to all orders regardless of the delivery country.

To exercise your right of return, you must notify us within the 14-day window by contacting us at [email protected] or by phone at +1 (503) 214-8876, stating your order details and intention to return.

2. Eligibility Conditions

Unopened products: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return. The product seal must be intact.

Food supplement exception: For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food supplement products are not eligible for return. This is a lawful exception applicable to sealed food goods which have been opened after delivery. If your product arrived damaged or defective, this exception does not apply - see section 4 below.

Proof of purchase: Please have your order confirmation or phone order reference ready when initiating a return.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us by email or phone within 14 calendar days of receiving your order
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide the return shipping address
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by you (the customer) unless the product was defective or incorrect
  5. We recommend using a tracked delivery service - we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your EndaRoot Total Source order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and, if possible, photographic evidence. In such cases:

  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement, at your choice

5. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Since all orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch, you may cancel your order at any time:

  • During the confirmation call - simply tell our team member you wish to cancel
  • After the confirmation call but before dispatch - by contacting us by phone or email
  • After dispatch - you may decline the parcel at the door (no charge, since payment is on delivery) or initiate a standard return after receipt

There is no cancellation fee for orders cancelled before dispatch.

6. Refunds

Since payment is made on delivery (cash or card to courier), refunds will be processed by bank transfer or original payment method within 14 calendar days of our receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility. We will contact you to arrange the refund method if needed.
